Meet the Owner
Kirsten Polivchak is a Registered General Contractor with a 15-year career in residential and commercial construction. Her extensive expertise includes project management, site management, and estimating. Kirsten’s commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail are reflected by her impressive track record. Projects under her management, with controllable variables, are consistently completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Kirsten has assisted multiple clients in achieving LEED certification, as part of her dedication to sustainable practices and meeting stringent material source requirements.
Kirsten is committed to the highest industry standards, ongoing professional development, and community engagement. Her professional affiliations include the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Business Network International (BNI), Caballeros del Sol, and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
Additionally, Kirsten serves in leadership roles in various community organizations. She is the Executive Director of the nonprofits Foothills Club of Tucson and Tucson Alliance for Autism. Kirsten is also on the Board for the annual Autism Charity Classic. She is an active member of the BNI Chapter Network Without Borders, for which she has been Vice President and she is a member of the Caballeros Del Sol civic organization.
Kirsten resides in Tucson with her husband Cory, sons Conner and Tanner, and grandchildren Rowan and Payson.
